Mendocino Farms - Sacramento: Fresh Salad, Sandwich, and Soup Options Await

10/10 experience. The food tasted fresh and unique, as well perfectly portioned. The service, however, was the most exceptional part. Jonathan D. rang us up quickly and made a great impression. A lot of places in the area make us feel like burdens for being customers, but Jonathan made us feel welcome. As long as people like him are running the shop, I'll rec this place out to all my friends and anyone who asks!

I have been here two times now. The first time I tried the avocado and quinoa super food salad, it was delicious and made me feel really energized. The second time I came with two friends and tried their seasonal sweet peach and goat cheese salad while I tried the also seasonal street corn chicken sandwich. All I can say is if you haven't already, RUN don't walk to try both of those seasonal items, they are insanely good and I will be going once a week for that salad!! It is honestly everything you could want in a salad, plus their lemonades are so good!! This is the perfect place to treat yourself and not feel guilty about it at all

In a word: healthy. Everything at this restaurant is homemade and made with the freshest ingredients. They put together different kinds of ingredients to create different salads and sandwiches. I ordered the beets and goat cheese salad with a tasty homemade dressing. It was very flavorful and had crunchy nuts in it. Also, the juices are very different and are made with Agave instead of sugar. I tasted the lemon and turmeric flavored juice and added a small amount of the green juice, which made it taste a little unusual. More tart & herby!

A really great spot to eat. The food is always delicious and the patio is really nice and for people watching. Valeria who works there is a rock star and was so attentive and sweet with my daughter!

This is such a delightful place to stay for lunch! I often come here to get some work done, and always find myself staying longer due to how welcoming and attentive the staff are. I specifically want to shout out Valeria who is always so bright and personable. She really makes the effort to ensure your visit no matter how brief is enjoyable. I always appreciate her recommendations when I want something new! Everyone else on the team though is just as pleasant and friendly. One of my recent favs is the Peruvian Steak sandwich which is flavorful and tasty. The Not so Fried chicken is also great for something more indulgent with their honey bbq sauce. If you're opting for something lighter, I love the seasonal goat cheese salad & their sides of kale rainbow salad and lemon chicken soup.

The best experience I've had at any establishment in a very very long time. I had the best salad of my life and the staff was incredible I recommend giving this place a try for sure!

The girl who helped us (Lexi) was super friendly and knowledgeable with the menu items. It was our first time in and she recommended some sandwiches to us. The food and service was amazing!
